Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking to join a fast-paced and dynamic HR team? We are recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support a well-established organisation in North London. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR function, providing efficient, customer-focused administrative support across recruitment, learning & development, and general HR operations. As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will work closely with senior HR colleagues to deliver a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administration support across all areas of the employee life-cycle
- Assist with recruitment processes and learning & development administration
- Maintain and administer the HR database
- Support payroll processing and collate data for reports
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries , ensuring a positive employee experience
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or actively working towards it
- Experience in HR administration (ideally in a generalist role)
- Strong IT skills , including experience with HR systems
- Confident with data management and payroll-related queries
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality
- A solid understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace
