POSITION OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rooms Division Coordinator within the Rooms Division and Front Office Department.
This role supports the smooth operation and coordination between the Front Office, Hall Porters, Housekeeping, and other key departments, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. You will manage administrative tasks and facilitate effective communication to optimise guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
As a Rooms Division Coordinator, your organizational skills, commitment to excellence, and ability to anticipate operational needs will be essential in delivering the refined service The Ritz is known for.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a Rooms Division role within a luxury hotel environment is desirable.
- Strong administrative skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests.
