What your days could look like:
- Team & Engagement: Build authentic relationships with all team members to create a positive influence and champion team engagement. Assist in sharing good news content with the wider operations and engagement teams. Help organise exit interviews. Assist in preparing and sharing internal communications with the hotel team and wider business as appropriate. Support planning team 'thank you' events at key operational times.
- Administration, compliance & support: Coordinate site-level charity and wellbeing events. Assist with event admin, planning, updating event sheets, and coordinating activities with hotel and support teams. Support the Head of Sustainability and engagement with on-site initiatives. Assist the GM and senior team with administrative tasks. Attend meetings, take minutes, and circulate action points. Support managers with HR & scheduling systems (rotas, scheduling, queries). Assist HR with disciplinary and grievance processes, including scheduling and note-taking. Help collate revenue data and process credit card expenses. Coordinate with payroll on payroll and holiday queries.
- Training: Coordinate new starters' attendance at induction sessions. Prepare weekly training completion reports and follow up with managers. Assist in preparing departmental training materials.
