2x New Business HNW Account Executives (up to £45,000) / 1x Existing Business HNW Account Executive (up to £45,000) / 1x Junior HNW Account Executive (up to £30,000) – additionally to salary, these roles will pay a quarterly commission bonus and annual discretionary bonus.
Flexible hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office.
Our client, a Private Clients specialist Insurance Broker, is looking to fill multiple positions across both their New & Existing business teams, based in either one of their London office locations or Hatfield.
The New Business roles will deal with warm leads, with a very limited amount of ‘cold calling’. The team consists of 11 members across all their teams, providing a great opportunity to work for an extremely collaborative business that has grown over 60% in the last year.
They are part of a Prestige Car Dealership group that sells high-performance cars such as Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Ferrari.
There will be a focus on both HNW Motor and Household policies, as well as cross-selling additional policies such as Fine Art, Jewellery, and Holiday Homes, broking via the e-trade platform Acturis.
To be considered for any of these positions (excluding the Junior role), you must have Personal Lines insurance experience (they are happy to train on HNW). For the Junior HNW AE role, our client is open to considering candidates without insurance experience who are looking to build a career in the insurance market. This has been successful with other candidates in the business.
