HIGH VOLTAGE LEAD ENGINEER

Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a High Voltage Lead Engineer to join our business.

About the role

As a High Voltage Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day works of the HV design, analysis, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of high-voltage electrical systems and equipment. Delivering safe, efficient, and reliable solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Generate safe & robust test processes for the various HV components & systems to accomplish the results needed.
2. Facilitate the setup of HV component and system test stations and implement robust safety mechanisms by controlling HV Power Devices.
3. Good knowledge and experience of using High Voltage Power Electronic Supplies.

Qualifications:

1. High Voltage Senior Authorised Person Qualification.
2. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, self-motivated, eager to take responsibility & deliver results with minimal supervision.
3. DBS check to be completed prior to start date.
