Healthcare Support Worker – Littlehampton

Salary: £22,440 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week – various shifts including weekends and evenings. Flexibility to work any available hours is preferred.

Location: Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Lancing, Shoreham by Sea

Reporting to: Field Care Supervisor

Overview

The role involves providing support to customers in their own homes, enabling independent living with choice and control. We deliver a high-quality, person-centred service through our dedicated Healthcare Support Workers.

We seek passionate individuals committed to supporting those in need, working collaboratively within a team, and representing our organization positively. Excellent time management, communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
