Healthcare Litigation Solicitor

Bristol – £40,000 – £75,000

A top-tier firm based in Bristol is currently seeking Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join their team. The firm is looking for candidates with NQ-10 years PQE and previous Clinical Negligence experience (either defendant or claimant).

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join a progressive and highly specialised department that offers growth and progression, as well as the chance to work on high-quality defendant clinical negligence cases.

Within this role, you will handle a challenging yet rewarding caseload involving NHS resolution, NHS trusts, MDU, and private medical insurers.

The firm considers candidates from Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, or Insurance backgrounds. Experience with NHS Resolution or MDO panels is desirable but not essential.
