We are currently recruiting committed Care Assistants to join our team to work in various nursing/residential care homes in Enfield.

What you’ll be doing:

• As a Key Worker under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, taking responsibility for the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
• Providing physical and mental stimulation through recreational and social activities, both individually and in groups.
• Promoting residents\’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.

What you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3 months experience in a care environment; NVQ Level 2 in Care is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team.
• A respectful, courteous, and compassionate nature, with a willingness to undertake all aspects of care and non-care duties.
• A commitment to giving your personal best and striving for continuous improvement.

What we’ll offer:

• Pay rates paid weekly:

• Monday to Friday Day: £11.50/hour
• Monday to Friday Night: £12.25/hour
• Saturday: £13.25/hour
• Sunday: £14.25/hour
• Bank Holidays: £17.00/hour
