Responsibilities

• Lead health & safety contractual service visits, providing documentation, advice, and assistance as required.
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality, cost-effective consultancy services.
• Conduct professional health and safety visits to client premises, ensuring compliance with protocols and SLAs.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, recommending preventative measures.
• Advise clients on health and safety standards, management systems, and technical documents.
• Manage time effectively to provide efficient service.
• Maintain professional skills through meetings and training.
• Support clients in crisis management when needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree/diploma level education, GradIOSH or CMIOSH preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide practical solutions and deliver high-quality consultancy within commercial boundaries.
• Autonomous and team-oriented work capability.
