Position: Head Waiter

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team. In this role, you will oversee the dining experience, manage the waitstaff, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining area, ensuring high service standards.
2. Supervise and mentor waitstaff, fostering a positive work environment.
3. Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
4. Collaborate with management to organize and execute private events and functions.
5. Assist in training and development programs for front-of-house staff.
6. Monitor reservation systems and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
7. Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar front-of-house role within hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
