This is an integral role for the business for a high-impact leadership role, overseeing national transport operations and playing a critical part in delivering essential services across the UK. As the National Head of Transport/Logistics (Bulk), you will be responsible for managing and coordinating bulk logistic operations across all regions of the UK. Influencing strategic management change, you will be leading a team of three Regional Transport Managers and overseeing a fleet of over 100 vehicles. Your leadership will ensure implementing strategic change whilst ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of bulk products, also supporting and motivating our professional driver workforce. As the National Head of Transport/Logistics (Bulk), you will have been in a Senior Leadership role with a proven track record implementing change and managing Trade Union relationships, alongside driver excellence. This is a key Senior Management role in shaping and implementing logistic strategies, motivating and encouraging your team through strategically important transformation change while maintaining high standards of performance, safety, and customer service. Leading and driving excellence in bulk transportation delivery operations, consistently surpassing performance targets while ensuring regulatory compliance. Providing expert technical leadership and comprehensive oversight for internal transport services, acting as the region’s trusted Duty Holder.
