Job Description:

Ardingly College is seeking to appoint a Strength and Conditioning Coach who will be responsible for the physical development programme across the College. This role involves implementing a comprehensive Strength and Conditioning (S&C) programme that caters to all students, ensuring age-appropriate physical development and performance enhancement.

The successful candidate should have a high level of experience in playing and coaching in any of the College’s key sports: Netball, Hockey, Cricket, Football and Swimming. They will be required to take part in the sports programme throughout the week in both Senior and Prep Schools, supporting the Heads of Sport alongside attending Saturday fixtures.

Hours of Work : 45 hours per week, for 36 weeks per year (during term-time only, plus two additional weeks to assist with pre-season training). The actual times of work are subject to flexibility and will be agreed directly with the Director of Sport.

Rate of Pay : £24,000-£27,000 per annum inclusive of paid holiday
