I am currently working with a Growing Capital Markets Business who are looking for a Hands-On, Dynamic, Operational / Enterprise Risk SME to join their Growing Risk department as the Head of Risk Governance.

This is a newly created role, in response to significant growth at our client. The role holder will work across the breadth of Group Risk globally.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Department’s strategic work across the Firm to prioritize Risk policy and associated governance initiatives.
2. Design, build, and implement Governance Frameworks.
3. Engage extensively with Risk senior leadership, wider Departments, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in designing and implementing Governance Frameworks.
2. Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
3. Proactive and forward-thinking with a drive for delivering significant value in the role.
