Role: Head of Programme Management
Location: Manchester City Centre (hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 (DoE)

The Role:
As the Head of Programme Management, you’ll be responsible for overseeing large-scale technology programmes, ensuring strategic alignment with client needs. You’ll manage programme governance, mentor Project Managers, and drive best practices across delivery teams to ensure excellence in execution.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in programme/project management.
• Proven experience leading high-value, multi-stream programmes.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working within a technical consultancy or enterprise IT environment.
