Job Opening: Head of Production (Food Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead all production activities within a well-established food manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the factory.
2. Ensure quality control, health & safety, and food safety compliance according to current BRC standards.
3. Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement and operational excellence.
4. Provide coaching and mentorship to the production team.
5. Make quick, accurate decisions regarding equipment purchase, use, and maintenance, including plant, machinery, and PPE.
6. Achieve production KPIs while maintaining food safety, quality, legality, and authenticity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a large team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, preferably within the meat industry.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate staff and meet business objectives.
