I am working with a start-up specialty coffee brand committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Our mission is to create a vibrant coffee culture that celebrates quality, sustainability, and innovation.
We are seeking someone who is ready to be part of a developing, founder-led brand. As the structure of the business is built, you will help establish standards and processes. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across their locations, driving growth, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company’s growth and expansion.
