Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end Operations function, including Procurement, Supplier management, Supply/Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics.
• Implement and maintain planning systems for raw material purchases and production output.
• Ensure stock record accuracy, proper rotation, and discipline to minimize stock losses.
• Provide cost analyses for in-house and sourced products, track variances, and drive improvements.
• Support inbound transport and customer delivery schedules to reduce costs and enhance efficiency and customer service.
• Order raw materials and finished goods based on sales and production forecasts.
• Evaluate and develop software systems to maximize customer service, productivity, and business effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor performance and costs.
• Provide sales analysis and related systems to support business growth.
• Prepare ad hoc reports, analysis, and performance data to improve business operations.
