Manage the end-to-end Operations function, including Procurement, Supplier management, Supply/Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics.

Implement and maintain planning systems for raw material purchases and production output.

Ensure stock record accuracy, proper rotation, and discipline to minimize stock losses.

Provide cost analyses for in-house and sourced products, track variances, and drive improvements.

Support inbound transport and customer delivery schedules to reduce costs and enhance efficiency and customer service.

Order raw materials and finished goods based on sales and production forecasts.

Evaluate and develop software systems to maximize customer service, productivity, and business effectiveness.

Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor performance and costs.

Provide sales analysis and related systems to support business growth.

Prepare ad hoc reports, analysis, and performance data to improve business operations.

  • Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain & Operations Management within the Food industry.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, batch costing, forecasting, and demand planning.
  • Hands-on experience with stock systems and manufacturing workflows.
