Job Opening: Head of MFL

We are excited to announce an opening for a Head of MFL to join our team at our newly established academy.

As Head of MFL , you will lead by example, develop, inspire, and motivate your team, and be committed to achieving high standards. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about embracing new ideas, demonstrates a positive attitude, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

As Head of Department, you will develop comprehensive programmes of study, create resources, design schemes of work, and implement effective assessment and teaching strategies to ensure relevance to the needs of pupils, examining and awarding bodies, and the Academy’s Aims and Development Plan objectives.
