Job Description:

Charles Taylor Aviation Asset Management (CTAAM) offers a complete range of aircraft management and technical support services. Our global network, collective experience and permanent workforce enable us to:

  1. Advise: Our team offers advice and guidance that draws upon the extensive technical expertise and experience within our organisation.
  2. Assist: Provide a range of consultancy and technical support services, which can be used on a standalone basis or combined with our other services. We adapt our approach to match our client’s objectives.
  3. Manage: We manage different types of complex projects on behalf of our clients, which vary from overseeing large aircraft redelivery programs to managing whole aviation portfolios.

CTAAM is part of the Charles Taylor group, which is a global provider of professional services.

The Role: Due to continued growth of Charles Taylor Aviation Asset Management, the Head of Materials Management will be working closely with our CTAAM’s CEO and play a pivotal role in establishing our Materials Management business from a strategic and operational perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establishing CTAAM as an aviation materials management service provider.
  2. Develop and maintain professional relationships with our clients, OEMs, and service providers.
  3. Undertake and oversee the negotiation of GTA’s with vendors, maintenance providers, and other service providers.
  4. Provide materials support for our client’s aircraft/engine assets including component repair/overhaul management services to ensure strict turnaround times are met.
  5. Source parts for all commercial aircraft/engine types (Sale/Exchange/Lease/Loan).
  6. Parting Out Support/Logistics.

Required Skills:

  1. Experience working in a similar role.
  2. Extensive industry network with a proven track record.
  3. Capable of working in a small team with minimum supervision.
  4. Excellent communication skills (including fluency in English, both written and verbal).
  5. Hold a valid passport and must be prepared to travel internationally.
  6. A technical background may be an advantage.
