Job Description:
We are working with a truly global company who are a technology services specialist and work into countries around the world, with over 15, employees across all of their operations. As a private equity backed business, they are currently undergoing significant growth, and are looking at expanding their legal function in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational team where you will act as the regional Head of Legal for the UK & Europe, reporting to the Deputy GC based in the UAE in a position of seniority. Key responsibilities are broad, with a focus on corporate matters and commercial contracts. You will also be expected to provide expertise and assistance to the wider business in procurement law and legal matters related to tenders with government clients.
Applicants must have at least 10 years’ experience and be a qualified Lawyer from England & Wales with a mixture of experience working at international law firms and in-house entities. Although it is not essential, language skills in French or Spanish would be highly regarded.
