Head of Fleet Sales
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting a Head of Fleet Sales on behalf of our client.
The role
- To direct and manage the Corporate Sales Managers and Fleet sales operations to ensure profit maximisation and achievement of sales targets.
- To proactively reach out to customers through emails and phone calls to offer products and services.
- Visiting clients or arranging meetings to discuss how products can meet customer needs, prioritizing the brand they represent but also exploring wider Group opportunities when appropriate.
- To deliver sales pitches and presentations, highlighting the benefits of products and encouraging purchases.
- To collaborate with manufacturers on larger opportunities to leverage potential and secure the best terms for customers.
Skills and experience required
- Technical knowledge of the retail motor industry.
- Numerate and articulate.
- A full driving licence.
- Inspiring leadership and teamwork skills.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a sales environment.
- Experience managing a team and developing others.
