Responsibilities

  2. Collaborate with marketing and IT teams.
  3. Manage and lead a team of CRM experts.
  4. Design customer journeys and analyze email and web data insights.
  5. Develop audience segments and be highly analytical.

Requirements

  • Ability to set and execute CRM strategies.
  • Experience in audience development and data analysis.
