iO Associates is collaborating with an established and growing tech consultancy seeking a Business Applications Manager to join on a permanent basis.

They are an award-winning agency specializing in data analytics, insights, and systems. Their goal is to help brands craft impactful messaging, engage audiences, and achieve measurable results through strategic PR, content, and digital campaigns.

While they primarily work with not-for-profit organizations and charities, they are expanding into the financial and travel sectors.

Your role will involve building and leading a top-tier Business Applications technology team, collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and technical needs, and leading the design, development, and implementation of application-based solutions.

You will also champion AI initiatives and drive innovative solutions to enhance the organization’s reputation.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow the department and contribute to the company\’s future strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and D365 CE (Marketing, Sales, Service) solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including writing proposals, SOWs, leading discovery and POC sessions, and delivering technical demos.
• Experience working in a consultative environment.
• Ability to help businesses adopt new technology and facilitate change management to realize benefits.
• Experience advising and influencing senior executives within organizations and clients.
