Our client is an independently owned growth marketing company underpinned by marketing science. They have a team of seasoned founders, industry experts, and highly talented marketers. They are innovators.
They combine tech, data, and creative to advise on and execute digital strategy for high growth ambitious brands.
With their own proprietary marketing science suite, they can understand how digital activation actually performs and use this insight to provide best-in-class strategy and execution.
As they continue to grow, they are now looking to hire a visionary Growth Partner to join their consultancy arm. The successful hire will work with their partner brands to scale their operations across brand, media, digital, and beyond.
The Role
- Work alongside the Head of Growth to provide strategic support to partners
- Develop, manage, and execute growth marketing strategies
- Own relationships with senior stakeholders in partner brands
- Design and manage testing roadmaps across various channels (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, Influencer, etc.) to optimise performance
- Use data-driven insight to tweak and enhance digital performance
- Own the delivery of performance targets and the delivery of insightful analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with colleagues and client in-house teams on creative concepts
- Own and manage forecast budgets
The Person
- Proven experience in a senior growth marketing role in a scaling business (agency or client side)
- A strategic thinker who is happy being hands-on with campaign management
- Extensive experience with A/B testing, optimisation, and digital marketing with a focus on performance
