Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and visibility in the investment management market. Working closely with the Product team, you’ll lead efforts to develop and implement growth marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Brand Management: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and materials.
- Content Creation & PR: Develop a robust content strategy and produce engaging copy for various platforms. Coordinate PR initiatives with external agencies.
- Campaign Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions, aligning with budgetary constraints.
- Event Coordination & Subscriptions: Manage client events, industry memberships, and conference participation.
- Web & Social Management: Oversee online presence and social channels, optimizing for engagement and lead generation.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to inform product and marketing strategies.
Experience & Requirements:
- Prior experience within B2B projects, ideally within FinTech, financial services, or SaaS.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving marketing objectives and calculating ROI.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
Competitive salary: £40,000 – £45,000 with a bonus of up to 20%.
