Within Central Services, our team of experts supports critical activities that help grow, run, and protect KPMG in the UK. This includes HR, Learning, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, Business Support, Risk, Legal, Corporate Affairs, and Sales & Marketing, all aimed at enhancing the firm's performance with expertise and diligence.

Our Group Treasury Team focuses on the UK market while overseeing our Swiss and other overseas operations. The UK team employs 21,000 people across over 20 offices. We manage treasury functions such as cash flow optimization, liquidity oversight, and risk management, aligning closely with our strategic vision.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily treasury operations and manage treasury ledgers
  • Forecast cash flows and plan long-term cash strategies
  • Manage company hedging and complex treasury transactions
  • Liaise with banks and handle related queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data
  • Support broader finance initiatives and cross-functional teams
Minimum Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of dedicated treasury experience
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or treasury-qualified (e.g., AMCT)
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, hedging, and cash flow forecasting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in a mid-to-large firm with a treasury function
Desirable Skills and Extras:
  • Prior experience as a Treasury Manager
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and independence
  • Ability to provide stability during leadership transitions
