Are you a subject matter expert (SME) in tax? Do you have experience working within a large organisation?
We have an opportunity to join our Finance team as a Group Tax Manager, responsible for being that SME supporting our 20+ international businesses. You will manage the governance around all company tax responsibilities including corporate tax calculation, VAT and payroll taxes. We’re looking for a personable individual with excellent stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively with external parties as well as internal colleagues.

Every day you will…
- Be responsible for general tax governance, overseeing both the UK and international tax compliance
- Undertake year-end provisioning for Group reporting and individual statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors
- Prepare and file UK corporate tax returns with HMRC
- Oversee UK VAT compliance and international indirect taxes
- Monitor the Group’s PESM and liaise with HMRC where necessary
- Maintain the VAT determination guide and train for business as needed
- Conclude IR35 positions with regard to the group’s services and staffing divisions and monitor compliance
