What you'll do:
- The role of planning consultant typically involves working on various projects, supporting senior staff, providing direct client advice, drafting reports and planning submissions (site assessments, policy notes, applications, development plan representations, Environmental Statements), and assisting with the management of the team's caseload.
- Key tasks include:
- Assisting senior staff in driving large projects forward
- Managing minor planning applications
- Undertaking analysis and research
