The Role
We are seeking Graduate M&E Engineers to support and sometimes lead activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development program aims to enhance personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach, working under supervision and collaborating with site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards.
- Review M&E designs for compliance with UK and client standards.
- Gather client requirements and incorporate them into designs.
- Provide buildability advice and solutions.
- Support tendering processes with third-party designers and suppliers.
- Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure project compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Support project management in resource management, performance, and employee development.
- Promote Ferrovial’s values and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Adhere to site safety practices and ensure team compliance.
Skills and Competence
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- A degree or master's in Engineering (all disciplines considered).
- Motivation to learn and contribute.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive learning approach and industry awareness.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
