3. Numerate, with data analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Experience in a business environment, such as internships or placements in industry or consulting, is preferred.
5. Structured and logical thinking with a highly numerate and inquisitive mindset.
6. Creativity, confidence in listening, and good communication skills.
7. Ability to present complex issues simply and utilize technology effectively.
