Key Responsibilities:
- Own and govern the global Source to Cash and Order to Cash processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Design, implement, and optimise S2C and O2C workflows across all regions and business units.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT) to align process improvements with business strategy.
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and develop solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Define key process metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures to measure performance and compliance.
- Act as the escalation point for process-related issues, working closely with operational teams to resolve them effectively.
Main Skills Needed:
- Extensive experience in Source to Cash and/or Order to Cash process management.
- Strong background in the IT reseller, managed services, or IT consultancy industry is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Global Process Matrix.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement or transformation projects globally.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership and operational teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and often ambiguous environment.
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
