You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

- Establish processes and procedures to ensure consistent application of global mobility policies and practices across all regions; identify opportunities to streamline, improve and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of GM function as part of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Be the primary mobility representative for the Mondelez Technology Team to ensure the new tools are effectively configured to support Mobility processes. That includes roll-out and maintenance of any GM-related software, technology features.
- Support in team capability building and training efforts by designing and delivering training to new team members, partner with wider People Services to ensure process, data and compliance trainings are delivered.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to global mobility activities; that includes the development of key metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of mobility governance. Provide regular reports and insights for business review.
- Manage relationship with applicable external service partners for excellent delivery of quality benefits and services; conduct performance reviews and audits of vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
