Summary: Cboe Global Markets has a business division, Cboe FX, which operates a number of FX and UST trading platforms. Cboe FX enables instantaneous and anonymous trading on competitive prices streamed by bank and non-bank market makers, as well as on bids and offers entered by institutional clients. More recently, Cboe FX has branched out into new asset classes (NDFs and UST). Cboe FX is a dynamic and growing business where an important employment opportunity has arisen. Cboe FX is looking for a Head of FX and UST liquidity management to enhance the trading experience of our liquidity providers and price takers on our platform.

Responsibilities

Cboe FX is looking for an experienced FX liquidity specialist to enhance the trading experience of our liquidity providers and price takers on our platform.

  • Responsible for overseeing and the day to day function of the FX Liquidity team
  • Monitor the status of the liquidity base at all times and lead interaction with market makers and clients when needed.
  • Be the main driver of ideas to the new automated liquidity management initiative.
  • Lead and manage troubleshooting of major client trading issues in conjunction with internal teams
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries from internal and external customers surrounding specific data requests.
  • Run historical analysis on transactional and quote data.
  • Responsible for driving more trading volume onto the Cboe FX platform partnering with our sales team
  • Pro-actively seek new opportunities by identifying makers and takers that could be mutually beneficial to each other.
  • Attend client meetings to discuss platform wide and customer specific liquidity themes.
  • Partner with the the FX management team to derive the strategy and vision of the FX business.

Requirements

  • Significant Experience in FX electronic Trading.
  • A strong academic background with a Degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.
  • Knowledge of Matlab, R or Python and Excel
  • Proven track record of delivering results and building high quality customer relationships within a fast paced target driven environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Excellent leader and management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
