We are currently seeking a professional to join our Product Development team as the Global Head of Cash Management Solutions .

The Head of Cash Management will oversee all revenue aspects of Treasury and Liquidity Services. The role involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders across Client Management, Product Development, Operations, Technology, and the wider Markets and Securities Services Teams.

Your responsibilities include managing the product roadmap aligned with the strategy set by the Global Head of Treasury & Liquidity Services, providing management information, benchmarking product quality, and ensuring smooth product delivery. You will also identify and promote cross-product opportunities within related solutions like Agency Repo, securities lending, execution, and Foreign Exchange.

In this role, you will:

• Develop a global cash management product vision, including regional strategies concerning markets, clients, platforms, and financials, with responsibility for NII, Repo, Money Market Funds, etc.
• Anticipate future trends and client needs to enhance product competitiveness and income.
• Create marketing and sales plans with Relationship Managers to meet income targets, managing a diverse team across multiple geographies, and formulate future strategies and budgets.
• Collaborate with key business partners in Client Management, Sales, Regional Management, Product Solutions, Onboarding, and Change.
• Manage the P&L for cash management and treasury services, monitor NII, and identify opportunities for synergies and product enhancements.

To succeed, you should:

• Have a proven background in securities services, custodial cash management, and treasury, with experience in fund management, brokerage, or prime brokerage.
• Possess a postgraduate qualification in Finance and detailed knowledge of cash/treasury products, including lending and repo, with a track record in global product management.
• Experience in sales and marketing, strong analytical skills, and decision-making ability.
• Be highly technical, comfortable working with large data sets, and knowledgeable about liquidity regulation.
• Demonstrate teamwork and leadership in a global, diverse environment, with excellent analysis, planning, and communication skills.

This position is based in London .
