Job Description:

The Global Experiential & Events team under the Global Brand Studio is responsible for driving experiential strategy and end-to-end event execution for select audiences globally. The Global Experiential and Events Manager based in London will be responsible for delivering Public Policy initiatives across NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Responsibilities:

1. Project management overseeing the end-to-end event execution of various Public Policy experiences globally.
2. Articulate TikTok brand vision from event ideation through completion, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to create best-in-class experiences.
3. Oversee all event logistics including vendor management, invitations, catering, room blocks, staffing, transportation, security, asset creation, VIP management, and more.
4. Manage daily communications, stakeholder meetings, asset tracking, and ensure events are on time and within budget.
5. Handle processing and negotiations of finance and legal documents such as budgets, invoices, contracts, permits, and insurance certificates.
6. Oversee post-event KPI tracking, including recap decks, reports, and project archiving.
7. Create and present leadership-facing event presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in an events-specific role within the Technology, Media, or Agency industries.
• Based in London with 40% travel annually.
• Portfolio demonstrating large-scale event strategy, project management, and execution.
• Proven experience in event budget management.
• Experience working with global teams and functions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Government Relations industry events is a plus.
• Ability to manage senior/executive stakeholders.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
