London Business School is looking for two Global Experiences Managers to join Degree Education on a permanent basis.

The post holders will report to the Senior Manager, Global Experiences, and will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a range of primarily global programmes. They will work closely with other members of the global experiences team, the programme teams of relevant degree programmes, the advancement team, and other internal and external stakeholders.

These roles will have responsibility for one direct report (Global Experiences Administrator).

Please note, this role will require travel 5-6 times per year to deliver the global experiences.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Plan and deliver a range of global programmes according to well-defined processes, and contribute to more complex projects under guidance from Senior Managers and the Associate Director to ensure successful programme delivery.
  2. Support the review and evaluation of designated programmes to maintain high-quality delivery.
  3. Support, coordinate, and deliver world-class learning experiences for stakeholders.
  4. Manage the efficient and timely distribution of information to students, participants, and stakeholders using the most effective communication methods.
  5. Ensure scheduling and timetabling activities are efficient by liaising across teams to meet all needs effectively.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to support complex projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of business education and/or global business issues.
