Responsibilities: Actively work across multiple client accounts, ensuring a premium client service by managing day-to-day client relationships and expectations. Support the successful delivery of advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence with a practical and commercial approach. Manage day-to-day UK tax and social security compliance programs across a client portfolio, ensuring all deadlines are met. Coordinate UK headquartered global mobility programmes. Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and/or Associate Directors to develop new business and expand existing client work, involving other colleagues or departments when appropriate. Handle financial requirements of managing a client portfolio and act as the first point of management within that process. Act as a people manager to junior staff, providing coaching, training, and career development support. Review personal development plans and participate in career conversations with line managers. Perform any other duties within the scope of the role as requested by management. About the ideal candidate This opportunity is suited to a proactive individual with experience in expatriate tax and international social security, understanding complexities for clients with cross-border workers. Qualifications such as ATT and/or CTA or equivalent are required. Proven experience in leading queries and managing multiple engagements is essential. Strong organizational and project management skills. Risk awareness with effective review capabilities. Commercial awareness and financial monitoring skills.
