Job Title: Car Sales Manager – Premium Brand
Location: Seaham SR7
Full-Time and Permanent – the role will involve working regular weekends

Our client is now actively looking to recruit a General Sales Manager for their premium and luxury dealership in Seaham
The role of the Sales Manager is to:
- Achieve vehicle sales, finance sales, accessory sales volumes and profit objectives.
- Manage all vehicle sales processes within the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the mix and specification of new products based on sales trends, local market intelligence, and production constraints.
- Manage the supply of used vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles are funded appropriately and notify the Head of Business immediately of any issues.
- Develop customer follow-up systems to increase loyalty and maintain the customer database.
- Implement effective events and campaigns to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Understand manufacturer mystery shopping criteria and apply this knowledge.
- Promote a customer-first culture and comply with FCA principles.
- Offer finance solutions and ensure excellent customer service while adhering to FCA guidelines.
- Recruit and select sales team members per organizational and manufacturer requirements.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure staff compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
