We\’re looking for an inspirational leader to lead our team at Starbucks. You will have the opportunity to make a difference every day by leading your team and business to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Recruit and train the best people for your team, ensuring they develop operational and leadership skills to perform above and beyond in their roles.
2. Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building the brand and providing customers with the right range, quality, and service to encourage repeat visits.
3. Lead your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise to grow sales and maximize profit.
4. Implement and sustain business Change Plans and resource activities, ensuring optimal staffing and resolving root cause issues with sustainable solutions.
5. Ensure the unit complies with internal guidelines and standards.
6. Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and partners.
7. Prioritize colleague safety by coaching the team to use all security tools available, maintaining a safe working environment.
