Are you an experienced, talented Restaurant General Manager? How would you like to manage a very busy venue which delivers quality Scottish produce-led food and drinks in a warm and welcoming atmosphere? A venue which has developed a reputation for hosting exclusive meals in its Private Bothies and treating the guests to a dose of famous Scottish hospitality.
The Role:
As General Manager, your role will include:
- Run the business with the passion as though it was your own business whilst engaging with central support functions, internal & external stakeholders and local suppliers.
- Supporting sales growth.
- Controlling costs & driving sales growth.
- Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered.
- Managing service standards and staff development.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in managing a busy restaurant which has a variety of events going on at the one time from little weddings, food and drinks, private hire, Sunday roasts and Ceilidh’s.
- Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
- The ability to communicate at all levels.
- A strong commercial awareness.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
