Do you have previous branded pub/restaurant management experience and a passion for creating great guest experiences? We’re open to talking to individuals who thrive around people and have the proven ability to find, grow and maintain a high-performing team. As well as taking responsibility for ensuring that the pub business is safe, legal, and compliant.

We’re looking for GMs that will pride themselves in delivering an excellent guest experience whilst using their commercial awareness and local networks to continually review business performance and develop a strategy for future success. Let’s see what we can make happen together!

We have a huge portfolio of pubs spanning from the traditional community local to family pub-restaurants and premium branded bars including: Pitcher & Piano, Lost & Found, and The Foundry Project. We offer great value, quality food and a fantastic experience for our guests. Alongside this, our pubs and people are the spirit of their local communities and serve to bring people together. You’ll be at the heart of this whilst experiencing a blend of day-to-day challenges, job security, career progression, and reassurance of when things get tough, you’ll be backed by the support and guidance of your area manager as well as access to our health and wellbeing resources and partnership with The Burnt Chef Project.
