The Responsibility:
- Represent Rokoas as an ambassador for fitness
- Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
- Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales, ensuring overall profitability
- Manage controllable costs effectively, including stock orders and cleaning supplies, to eliminate wastage and overspend
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance every member visit
- Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to the highest standard
- Promote collective buy-in to national initiatives such as #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members within your gym
- Complete all operational processes consistently and to high standards
- Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development and challenge performance daily
- Remain resilient and agile in challenging situations to find effective solutions
- Manage policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times, whether on-shift or not
Qualifications Must Have:
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
- At least 1 year of management experience within the fitness industry
- Strong leadership qualities
- Adaptability in communication and management styles
- A positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a member champion mentality
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop role-specific behaviours and competencies
- Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required
