About the role

Reporting to the Chairman and CEO, you will serve as a legal advisor to the Executive Directors and Operations Board, providing pragmatic, commercial legal advice on various matters.

The role involves advising on future projects and transactions, developing the company's legal strategy, and supporting in-house legal staff while coordinating with external professionals. You will ensure compliance with ethical standards and policies, attend board meetings, and oversee statutory obligations.

About you

You should have a solid legal and commercial background, preferably from housebuilding or property sectors, with experience in corporate governance and company secretary duties. A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, and ideally a Chartered Secretary qualification (e.g., ICSA), is preferred.

You will lead and develop a legal team, take a commercial approach to decision-making, and be a team player capable of working with diverse colleagues and external parties.
