Then you found the right position for you! As a FX Services Client Service Currency Overlay Analyst within the Client Service team, you will support our clients across EMEA, NA, and APAC. Your responsibilities include supporting daily operations, collaborating with internal teams such as Front Office Trading, Product Control, Client Onboarding, Middle Offices, Business Management, and Technology, and defining requirements to implement strategic solutions for client requests, onboarding, and regulatory needs. You will also provide direct support to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Job Responsibilities Assist in executing excellent client service and relationship management, resolving client queries and requests promptly. Oversee client portfolios, including pre-trade and post-trade analysis and trade capture. Interact daily with Fund Accountants, Transfer Agencies, Custodians, and Prime Brokers. Assist in resolving issues and implementing controls as needed. Ensure client static data is accurate and maintained in collaboration with Client Onboarding. Support multiple bespoke client programs and assist team members as required. Perform tasks to support overall business operations. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in CIB Markets Middle Office, Technology, or Risk Management. Knowledge of derivatives products and understanding of CIB Risk and Middle Office systems. Strong analytical skills to evaluate client models and operational processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based technologies. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to analyze large data sets and propose solutions. Client-facing experience demonstrating professionalism and confidence. Ability to summarize analyses and facilitate buy-in from stakeholders. Proactive, dependable, and accurate in delivering support. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills FX experience is highly desirable due to the product\’s technicalities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
