Responsibilities:
- Expertise building in core components of Power Platform especially Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) and PowerFx.
- Strong skills in data modeling, database design, and data integration.
- Proficiency in handling data sources like SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other connectors.
- Understanding of integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (like Azure, Office 365) and third-party applications via APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services is a plus.
- Significant experience in the banking sector across retail, commercial and investment banks with experience delivering to front (RM/sales) and back (operations, risk) office teams.
- Experience of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform capabilities.
- Self-starter individual who can lead workshops to MD-level.
- Experience of full software development lifecycle (requirements, delivery, testing, release).
- Experience with successful delivery of large change programs in customer-facing businesses.
- Leadership skills to structure, mentor and maintain a high performing team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence senior technical and business leaders.
- Strong problem-solving/analytical skills to contribute to platform challenges.
- Experience with Agile scrum/Kanban methodology - ideally certified as a scrum master.
