Job Description:
The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assists customers according to the Brand philosophy, service, and quality standards.
- Pursues objectives set by the Store Manager to contribute to store success, both individually and as part of a team.
- Engages in clientele activities.
- Ensures merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- Maintains and updates professional and technical knowledge.
- Delivers excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handles customer queries and complaints.
- Acts as an ambassador of the customer-centric approach within the store.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate good conversational English.
- Have 1-3 years of retail experience; luxury experience is a plus.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide consistent and professional service to each customer.
- Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
- Maintain high standards continuously.
