We are currently looking for a passionate Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Front Office Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • A minimum of one year of Front Office experience in a hotel environment (five-star experience preferred).
  • Confidently use various computer systems such as OperaCloud, KnowCross.
  • Up-sell room types at every available opportunity to achieve the departmental up-selling goal.
  • To train, support and review the Guest Service Agents to achieve the personal and departmental goals.
  • Conduct Quality Checks to ensure Guest Service Agents consistently adhere to the prescribed service standards.
  • To monitor the appearance, conduct, guest relation skills and punctuality of Reception staff in order that the required departmental standards are met.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
