Front of House/Waiter – Thorney Island – FM Service Provider – £12.21 per hour

Exciting opportunity for a Front of House to work for an established hospitality company situated in Thorney Island. CBW are currently recruiting for a Front of House based in a commercial building. The successful candidates will have a proven track record in hospitality within a commercial environment.

Details / Hours:

• Flexible shift pattern
• 30 hours a week
• Ongoing contract
• Immediate start

Key duties & responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Always strive for the best customer satisfaction
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Upsell when appropriate
• Arrange table settings
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Perform basic cold food preparation
• Prepare hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages

Requirements

• Work to a timescale as agreed with your Supervisor/Manager
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
• Act in a professional manner at all times
• Be honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Dressed in smart white shirts and ties (waistcoats if possible)
