We\’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to take the lead in crafting exceptional user experiences. Job Responsibilities:

1. Seek and incorporate feedback from users and cross-functional teams.
2. Conduct primary and secondary research, including end-user, industry, domain, and academic research.
3. Identify opportunities to optimize the product experience continually.
4. Create high-quality deliverables for key product decisions, participate in product discussions, design reviews, and postmortems.
5. Foster connections across scrum teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the product development lifecycle.
6. Work closely with teams, project managers, and engineers to implement versatile solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of professional design experience as a UX/UI designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of organization.
• A portfolio of high-quality work demonstrating interaction design skills and original ideas.
• Expertise in the entire UX lifecycle, best practices, and applicable tools.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering teams for design implementation.
• Experience in acquiring and benefiting from user data (e.g., end-user research, behavioral assessment) is preferable.
• Strong UI design skills with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
