HR Business Partner / HR Generalist
Fluent French Speaker
London City – Hybrid Working
£60-65k depending on experience
Our client is a leading financial services firm with global offices, seeking a permanent French-speaking HR Generalist to lead HR functions for the London, Paris, and Hong Kong offices. Reporting to the Head of HR, responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for the three locations, managing HR-related queries and issues.
- Leading recruitment for all corporate roles, including salary benchmarking and liaising with agencies for hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Managing the HRIS system and supporting global HR projects and process improvements.
- Processing monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
- Advising senior stakeholders on HR policies, including employee relations, absence, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Strong knowledge of French and UK employment law.
- Experience in payroll processing and attention to detail.
- Proactive, professional approach with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
